At MatraQuest, we want you to feel confident about your learning investment. If our platform does not meet your expectations, we offer a limited and fair refund policy as outlined below.
A refund may be requested if all the following conditions are met:
• The refund request is made within 3 days of the purchase date
• The user has attempted not more than 5 tests on the platform (inclusive of MCQ, Oral and Long Answer Tests)
• The account has not violated our Terms & Conditions
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
• Refund request made after 3 days of purchase
• More than 5 tests have already been taken
• Change of mind after significant usage
To request a refund, please email us at [support@email.com] with:
• Registered email ID / phone number
• Date of purchase
• Reason for the refund request
Our support team will review your request and respond within 2–3 working days.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days
• The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method
• Once a refund is approved, access to paid features will be revoked immediately
• Any downloaded or saved content must not be used further
• MatraQuest reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the eligibility criteria
• We may update this policy from time to time, and changes will be reflected on this page
